At SocietyKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a customer-friendly 5-Day Return Policy and 10-Day Exchange Policy subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been shipped.

Cancellation Guidelines

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 4–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product delivered is defective.

  • The product does not meet your expectations.

How to Request a Return

  • Log in to your SocietyKart account using the same email address used for placing the order.

  • Navigate to your order history.

  • Select the order and choose the Return option.

  • Our team will arrange a pickup from your doorstep, where service is available.

Important Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Customers must obtain proof of pickup from the courier partner.

  • Refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Made-to-order products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories.

  • Return requests raised after 5 days of delivery.

Late Return Cases

If a return request is raised within the eligible period but the product is not handed over to the courier within the specified timeframe, SocietyKart reserves the right to issue a store credit or credit note instead of a refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process

  • Log in to your SocietyKart account.

  • Select the order and choose the Exchange option.

  • Our team will arrange pickup from your location.

  • Once the original product is received and approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

  • Customized products.

  • Made-to-order products.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.

  • Exchange requests submitted after 10 days of delivery.

Product Price Difference

Exchange for a Higher-Priced Product

If you choose a product with a higher value:

  • Store credit equivalent to the returned product value will be issued.

  • The remaining balance must be paid during checkout.

Exchange for a Lower-Priced Product

If you choose a product with a lower value:

  • The replacement product will be shipped after approval.

  • The remaining balance will be issued as SocietyKart Store Credit.

Additional Exchange Terms

  • Products received through an exchange are not eligible for further return or exchange.

  • Promotional discounts applied to the original order may not be applicable to exchanged products.

Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Refuse delivery if possible.

  • Take photographs of the package.

  • Contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.

After verification, SocietyKart will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund initiation: Within 4–7 business days after quality inspection.

  • Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit after verification.
